This villa is perfect for entertaining as it can cater for up to 50 guests. The views over the bay are astonishing and it gets sun all day.

The villa is also a 3 minute drive to Cap Ferrat or Beaulieu-sur-Mer. The station is a 1 minute walk from the villa and the train travels all along the coast to Italy or back to San Tropez. Nice international airport is 8 Miles away. The beach is 100m away
